I think this is an insightful article by Matt Webb. He argues that the primary interaction with software going forward will be through custom personalized agents, and that the UI of most SaaS products will only be used a few times for onboarding. I'm experimenting with this myself for a new product, and I think it's extremely interesting both because a lot of the work disappears (meaning all the UI, for example, in a browser), and because the user experience is still really important, but it just goes through an agent instead.
